Entry to the Laughing Forest and the use of its facilities, takes place in accordance with and subject to the following rules. Visitors should familiarise themselves with these rules and adhere to all Notice Boards. It should be pointed out to guests that Management and their Personnel reserve the right to request any person to leave the resort, should they break any rules or display unacceptable behaviour. Under these circumstances Entrance Fees and/or accommodation costs will be forfeited. Guests must ensure that day visitors familiarise themselves with the contents of the rules.
- No liquor is permitted in the fenced off swimming pool area.
- Visitors are urged to drive cautiously and not exceed the speed limit of 5 km p/hr. The use of vehicles should be limited at all times.
- DAY VISITORS at a fee of R25.00 per person, can only be permitted entry onto the property with Management consent. Visitors brought onto the property illegally will result in the eviction of the tenants who let them in.
- Off road motorbikes & quad bikes are only permitted with prior Management consent.
- Fires may only be lit in the designated braai areas.
- Please dont dump bottles or litter in the bush or on the beach. Your deposit will be utilised to retrieve such items.
- Noise & Music should always be kept at a level which should not affect other guests.
- NO MUSIC OUT OF PARKED VEHICLES IS PERMITTED
- No Music or noise after 10pm, unless the Management has been notified. A suitable area will be allocated for such activity.
- If you are handed a letter by the Security Guard warning of misconduct you will have exceeded a Resort Rule and be subject to eviction if another letter were to be served.
- The staff are here to serve your self catering needs, but are to be treated with dignity and respect.
- Small dogs are permitted by prior consent.
- Please do not feed or harm the animal life.
- Fireworks are forbidden.
